Run Sackboy! Run! (commonly abbreviated as RSBR) is a free-to-play game released to promote the LittleBigPlanet series, it was released on October 19, 2014, on mobile phones and on January 3, 2015, for the PS VITA. In the game, players run from the Negativitron through The Gardens, Avalonia, and The Canyons. Players may also purchase in-game transactions, such as extra hearts to continue on after death.
Gameplay[]
Players can control Sackboy with a simple touch to jump and a swipe to dash to escape the Negativitron. While running, players collect bubbles, which are used to buy costumes, upgrades, and more and hearts, which can be used to let the player respawn where they have died to continue running.
Players also can collect stickers which can unlock an exclusive Run Sackboy! Run! T-shirt for use in almost all LittleBigPlanet games, a gnome Toggle costume, a frog OddSock costume, a pigeon Swoop costume, and various in-game prizes such as hearts and bubbles.
These items were at one point obtainable in the mobile versions of the game through voucher codes, but for whatever reason they don’t work anymore. However, they are still obtainable on the PS Vita version of the game, as they connect directly to your PSN account.
