The Metal Gear Solid Premium Pack is a game-changing add on for LittleBigPlanet. It adds many new features, including the Paintinator (the first usable weapon in the game), a whole load of new Stickers and Decorations and stuff for Create mode and 5 new Characters. The expansion is split into the Metal Gear Solid Premium Costume Pack and a cosrume pack.
Players who haven't bought the Metal Gear Solid Premium Level Pack can play the new story levels in online multiplayer by joining a host who owns the pack. They cannot, however, keep any new objects they collect while playing. Also, players who own the pack can create levels with content from the pack and share them online for anyone to play regardless of whether they own the pack.
Release
It was expected, due to a comment Sony's US PlayStation blog, that the content pack would be released on the 23rd of December 2008.[1] However, it was then reported that it would not be released on that date, and they couldn't confirm whether or not it was going to be released on the 24th[2].It is included with the Game of the year Edition

Story
The Story is in 5 acts:
Act I: Introduction: You ride in a military truck and see how Liquid Ocelot (For some reason reffered as Liquid) begins his insurrection.
Act II: VR Training: Otacon helps you via Codec in advanced Painator VR Training (VR Training is based off the orignal Metal Gear Solid: VR Missions)
Act III: The Mission: With the help of Otacon in the Mk. II. You need to sneak into Liquid's level factory... Metal Gear Style!!!
Act IV: The Level Factory: Deep inside Liquid's factory, You must find Liquid in the top of the factory.
VR Survival: A side VR Mission where you need to destroy targets for as long as you can.
Act V: The Boss: Now to end Liquid's reign of terror but one obstacle remains........METAL GEAR REX
