Fire Pits is a minigame in the Story Mode of LittleBigPlanet. It is unlocked in the level The Great Magician's Palace. This is a Score Challenge, and is run under a race. The player must jump across flaming fire pits. You have 120 seconds to finish the race. Collecting Score Bubbles will pause the timer. Later on, you will need to use slimmer platforms to work your way to the end. Be aware that touching a flaming object once will not always kill your Sackperson. You will usually have a brief moment to move and escape danger. In fact, you can hop on the flaming coals to move pasts sections of the level, some of which are hard to cross without doing so.
