Pavlova is the Creator Curator of the Ziggurat in LittleBigPlanet 3 Alpha.

He wears a pink suit with a large bow tie, striped pink pants, blue eyes with visible eyelashes, two rings on each hand (however his Little Toggle costume has no rings) and light pink and curly hair.
In LittleBigPlanet 3 Pre-Beta, Toggle is added in to the game. Instead of Papal Mache being the Creator Curator of the Ziggurat, Pavlova takes his place, with slight changes.
In Pre-Beta, Pavlova is only wearing a green skin, striped pink pants and light pink curly hair.
