El Jeff is an NPC from LittleBigPlanet 3, found in Bunkum Lagoon. He is a blue bird, and the leader of the unseen People's Army, but needs Swoop's help. When finding El Jeff, you unlock a side quest (Battle of the Airwaves) in which you are training for the People's Army. Completing the quest will give you his outfit.

Trivia

• He is voiced by Peter Serafinowicz, who also voiced Dr. Maxim and Papal Mache.

• On his costume, his name is spelled "El Jeffe", while the credits and subtitles spell it "El Jeff".

• His name is a pun on "El Jefe", which is Spanish for "The Chief".

• For some reason, he does not have a gibberish voice in the Magic Mouth. He is the only LBP3 story character not to have one, apart from the minor characters Guard 2 and Head Guard.
