With simple tools, there are endless possibilities in Creation mode.
Create Mode is unlocked by beating the first three levels of the game. It is where you can easily become a LittleBigPlanet creator by producing an amazingly detailed level by using the powerful tools given to you through tutorials. You can create levels in this mode and then publish them to become an online superstar through LittleBigPlanet.
Overview
Create Mode is where you are able to let your creative juices flow by using your tools to create objects and levels and then release them to the public to show off your clever creation skills. It is a mode accessed via the My Moon option in the Pod where you can create levels on one of several given spots then publish your finished level to get Trophies, friend requests, hearts, and good ratings. You can also just create objects and save them individually or create a level and not publish it. The main idea is, just be creative in any way you can possibly think of. Of course, you can't really do too much until you clear all of the tutorials; clearing each grants you most if not all of the Goodies (as well as the knowledge of how to do things, that is!).
Good Grief!
In an attempt to keep LittleBigPlanet appropriate and "clean", Media Molecule implemented the "Good Grief!" system. Good Grief! is accessed via pressing the SELECT button. A creation should be flagged by Good Grief! if the creation is/depicts:
- Incredibly violent
- Mature content and obscenity
- Currently in violation of a copyright
